Campus Calms mission is to empower high school and college students to become stress resistant, confident leaders, able to create their own paths to lifelong success and happiness. We teach the big three: sleep, stress management and exercise. We know students are exposed to millions of ads out there that link stress management to unhealthy products like cigarettes, alcohol and processed foods. We want no part of it. Instead, we empower students to care for their whole bodies today so they can avoid developing risk factors for major chronic disease in adulthood.
